How Fustle works
From doing the work to knowing where you stand.
Start with what you did. Fustle helps you keep track of what comes next.
1. Choose the help you need.
Create an account and add details about yourself and your work. Choose Invoicing to send invoices, Invoicing + Expenses to bring more records together, or Payroll for agreed filings handled by Fustle. Review what's included, the price and the service start before confirming.
With Invoicing, you can start with five free sent invoices. The trial is available once and does not automatically turn into a paid subscription.
2. Record the work.
Choose your customer and add a project, hours or a fixed price. It can be a large project or a small extra job. When it's time to invoice, select the entries you want to include. You can also create an invoice directly.
3. Check it and send it.
Review the description, amounts, VAT and payment details. Send the invoice when everything is ready. Then follow its payment status and send a reminder if you're still waiting.
4. Get paid directly into your account.
Your customer pays you. With the standard plans, the invoice payment doesn't pass through Fustle. Fustle's service fee is paid separately by card.
5. Add what went into the work.
With Invoicing + Expenses or Payroll, add receipts, costs and mileage records. AI helps read your receipt. You check the details and save them. You can record a cost even if you haven't created a sales invoice yet.
6. Close the month knowing who does what.
With Invoicing + Expenses, you or your accountant work with the calculations and handle the filings. With Payroll, you review the information we need and Fustle handles the agreed filings and follows up on them.
In both cases, you pay your own taxes and pension contributions. Separate filing and payment statuses help you see what is done and what still needs attention.
