Who we are

We are Fustle — an Iceland-focused team building invoicing and payroll tools that help contractors spend less time on administration.

Our story

In 2023, founders Joonas Tuompo and Maarit Kaipainen kept hearing the same complaints from contractors in Iceland: they spent more time invoicing and worrying about taxes than working.

With backgrounds in fintech, accounting, entrepreneurship, and EU regulation, they launched Fustle — a cloud platform that turns every gig into a payslip, with taxes and mandatory payments reported and sorted in one click.

Fustle provides invoicing and payout services for couriers and other independent workers in Iceland.
